How we work

Our plan is to develop a website that best suits your organisation’s concepts and needs. These are the steps that we take for every project:

Step 1: We meet with the client to discuss their needs; specifically the functionality, purpose and content of the website. We aim to make the website an image of your business, a clone of your business concept and business plan. Not everybody knows their requirements or understands what a website can do for their business so we have developed a questionnaire and from the answers we will develop the best solution and most suitable website for your needs.

Step 2: We present the client with a variety of possible templates and themes to enable the client to have a better idea of how the website will look and feel. Then, together with the client, we will discuss how our ideas can be developed. At this time we will take an in depth look into the functionality and how the content will be displayed on your future website, taking into account the parameters of your business and the operational tools needed. Our marketing consultants will advise on business issues – domain name, the content display, colours, logo, pictures and eye catching module displays. The completion of these discussions will see the main outline of the website decided and we will then involve you in selecting the data and information to be displayed.

Step 3: A final presentation of the completed website to you. At this time minor changes can be made and additional content collected if necessary. We will also discuss with you our recommendations for a website support plan which will take into account your organisation’s needs.
